I accidentally purchased Points on FC 24 Instead of FC 25

I bought fifa points for ea fc 24 by accident  and have already opened ea fc 25 prior can I still transfer my fifa points once I have already had the pop up message about transferring fifa points 

I need help transferring eafc24 points to eafc25 o accidentally bought them on eafc24 is there any way to transfer after already logging in please help 

Hi, my son purchased 12000 points on EA FC 25 last night but after close inspection, we realised he purchased the points on EA FC 24 by mistake. I have already transferred previous points so is there any way to transfer the 12000 points to my EAFC 25 account?

I recently purchased an EA FC Points gift card, thinking it was for EA FC 25. Unfortunately, I mistakenly redeemed it for EA FC 24. I intended to use these points for EA FC 25, and I realized the error after redeeming the code.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Is there a way to transfer the points to EA FC 25 or reverse the redemption so that I can use them for the correct game?

You’ve most likely brought fc24 points. I’ve done the same and I’m trying to get them transferred and idk how to as it doesn’t give me the option to

I bought FC25 points (12,000)  from Playstation store (in the browser not the console), today 22 Sep 2024.

unfortunately, the Fc points went to my FC24 game not the FC25 where it ment to go!
Since I have the ultimate edition of FC25 and already accessed the game three days ago, I no longer have the option to transfer my FC point as first login.
Now how do I transfer the FC points from FC24 to FC25? Can EA support team assist me with this issue?
