I bought 185,00 FC points on Steam but there are no FC points in the game

I purchased 185,00 FC points on Steam, but when I opened the game, I found that my FC points did not increase. I sent my purchase record and receipt to the customer service and told them about my situation and asked for help through EA Help. But 3 days have passed and I have not received any response.
