I cant control player on any online mode(except rush)

So recently i bought fc 25 on the EA app on PC platform.When i try playing any online mode such as rivals or season or online friendlies this glitch occurs all the time. My controller stops taking input although it is working fine on the menu and also on controller tester and other games.I also tried turning off the EA app overlay, delleting and reinstalling the game, Repairing the game through EA app ,loging off and logging in EA app
