I can't get access to the web app (fc 25)

I’ve been unable to access the ea fc 25 web app since January 1st, 2025. I logged in today and played the game (Ultimate Team, some Rivals), but the web app remains inaccessible.

i think i made a mistake that made this problem i was paying the ea membership through the epic games, and now i paid the membership through the ea app.

can someone help me solve this problem?
