Has anyone received their one hour viewership award from this past Monday? I watched the stream for 2 hours and got my 15 minute reward, but not the one hour. When I contacted support in chat, they said the problem was affecting millions of players (which is odd, because only about 30-40,000 people were watching when I was on) and it was sure to be resolved soon. That was 3 days ago.
I'm sure that EA will let this hang for a few more days and then, once the objective expires, say "Sorry, it doesn't look like you watched long enough, no packs for you."
I hope I'm wrong.
I also watched more than 1hour and 30 minutes and i get no rewards. In the previews live i get them correctly!
This is so disappointing from EA side, cause all the people that have the same problem, have spent money in this game....
Please do something.
