I didn’t get FC Pro rewards for one hour watch

I had the same problem. Waiting for EA assistance to help out after three emails no one reply and they closed two of the cases. I am sorry guys but we will never see this rewards. They just don't care and soon we will go over it. Thanks EA! And thanks for the community to just don't care of the frustration of who is trying to enjoy a game that I play since 1998! Cheers
