I got banned for no reason on FC25

What if the decision is faulty. Don’t they have a mechanism in which they could if an account has been compromised? I clearly stated that I was hacked and showed proof of how my account’s security settings and my email has been changed, yet they still believe that I was the one breaking the rules. That’s lazy and unprofessional. I highly doubt that these are competent people who actually do thorough investigations 

Yh. I hope they work on systems like that. Because all I did was horde my tradeable pack pulls all year, and I sold during TOTY. I do not see anything wrong with that. I presume their system flagged my account because everyone was losing coins as the market was down, and I was making more coins. But I still think it's unfair. I am fortunate they kept me on console, at least. 

But now, I don't really know if I should be playing or not, as they broke one of my friends mentally during the TOTY promo. He grinded for hours, and he got cooked. Meanwhile, people sat on this same game with insane dupe storages. I don't mind if these things happen, but I believe the lucky ones keep getting lucky. There is no balance system where those who didn't get anything will get something in the future, but no. It'll still be a cook session. My friend was putting in like 1500 hours plus in FUT yearly. Now, he's gone. 

Well it's BS. I just got banned right after buying the game. I've never played it before and actually wanted to try it, but am instead met with an instant ban message on my screen. Such a clown company. 2nd time now I'm banned falsely. And what can you do as an user? Nothing..

iam currently facing the same problem, i just woke up and its weekend, i was excited to play my fut champs but when i started the game on my pc , i window appeared saying "you have been banned", i believe i got banned for no reason.i have filed for appeal but they are not responding. this is really sad, they atleast need to reply to the clients faster, i cant believe this, this is unprofessional.

I once got banned from PS network. As a EU resident, I took my case to the EU consumer protection office. This is a free service that helps you when you have a problem with a service provider from another EU member state. I got banned but never got an explanation. After 3 weeks, the office managed to get a full report from Sony with every single time I broke their TOS. I knew i was bcs of foul language, but I did not accept that they banned me without any further explanation. There is such an office in every EU country - they will be able to help.
