Sorry to hear that you've been banned. This is not something we can investigate on the forums since we are on a Players Helping Players platform.
You can appeal the sanction if you think there was a mistake the first time. A different person will be looking at your case if you appeal again. You can dispute this sanction following this link.

Today I received a letter from the technical support service. The letter said that they conducted all possible checks and will not lift the ban. The letter also said that they will no longer respond to me by mail regarding the ban. Firstly, during the entire existence of my account, I have never been blocked in any game. Secondly, I am sure that I did not violate any rules, honestly followed all the points of the user agreement. And based on all this, I was assigned a lifetime ban on the account in all FC games without explaining the specific reason for the ban and without evidence. This is illegal. Tell me, which department of the company can I contact so that they can honestly sort out the situation. If this is impossible, then how can I contact the legal department of the company about this?
