So I can’t start the glowed to goal evolution.

If you are checking on the web app or companion app then you will not receive it. You need to log in into the game to receive them.
Otherwise try contacting EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/Hello sorendich121
Have you checked unassigned items, that's where they were for me.
