I need help transferring and converting my points

Even though I bought FC points and activated the code, my FC points were not transferred to my account. I am still waiting. I closed the game and opened it, I reset my PS, but it is still not coming ...

Still no one has reached out to me to resolve the issue. I will be sending the invoice and I am getting really nervous as the wait continues.
