I Opened many packs and did not pack a single toty card very disappointed tbh

I opened packs for the whole team of the year I saved like 200 packs plus even opened store packs with my coins and the the last 4 days of team of the year I opened packs straight for all those days even did an all nighter and I did not pack 1 single toty after I’m seeing ppl pack them like it’s a joke, I am quite disappointed and got told I can get some compensation here from ea I mean if I don’t to be honest I think I’m done with the game you guys just made my toty terrible.
