I keep greeting disconnected from ultimate team while playing squad so I don’t get my points, I want compensation for this

Can you look into this and get me an answer? I keep getting matched to a gold rare team in rivals and Champs finals. then gets disconnected after kick off. can't get my rivals' points or play my finals games due to this. Please see the attachment.
