I win a game and the other make the game go down

Soo i win the at The penalties and wait for go to the menu . I dont do nothing and the game just start in a loop and go down. 
funny because i lost 0-4 i make a comeback and win at penalties soo i think is a bug from the other player make my game go down and make me loose. 
This make me think why i waste my Money and time in this game.
