Input delay
Rivals and Champs have been basically unplayable this weekend, the input delay I’m getting is crazy, it’s nothing to do with me internet as I have Fiber, the servers are literally a joke

I never have delay. What I see on screen is what the server sees. It’s actually easy to test just run the game with the online input overlay on.
If you are getting delay then the two controllers on screen will have delay between them. One is your local connection and the other on screen is the server connection. Mine are always on sync showing no delay.
I have it on at all times and there is definitely a delay. I have my ping visible at all times so I know when it's my internet lagging. Yesterday I was on 12 ping, no signs on any issues on the overlay, and I was still getting input delay. It's been a problem for years and it varies from day to day, but it's been more noticeable recently. There are even streamers who play pc and ps5 who say that console input delay is a massive problem. It's not unique to a few people, or because we have bad internet, so it must be the EA servers causing it.
