Instant DC after win in Champions

Hello 

Just won a very tight Champions game and just after completion of the game im met with the error "EA-servers cant handle your request at the moment. Try again later" (translated from danish). 
This kicks me off ultimate team for at very brief period, but it's counted as a game not completed and therefor a loss... 

Can you please change this, as it happens after the game is already done?
