Just like many people are also saying here, I got kicked from a game after a dude scored against me after messaging me for a free win. I was in the xbox chat about to say that i was going to stay anyway and that I wasn’t bothered if i lost, but then all of a sudden got kicked. Now I can’t get the 15 play reward.

I made a case on ea help but I’m trying to get into a live chat with ea, but I just can’t find where I can.  I pray that this can be remedied in some way.
