Level 37 reward (Bale loan)

Hello all,I've been sent here by the help chat team due to my issue with the level 37 reward (Gareth Bale)I have attached a screenshot of the companion app progress, as you can see this states you receive an untradable version on Bale (same as adama) below.Needless to say once I hit level 37 I received a loan version of Bale and not the untradble version as the app suggests.Please can I ask everyone to check their app to see if this is the same, the help chat team have agreed with me and say I should be compensated the correct item but to post here and get "up votes"Cheers everyone&nbsp;

EA needs to massively improve its communication across all platforms and the app. It really should not be a difficult task to be able to write clear, concise and accurate descriptions / eligibility criteria for objectives, etc.&nbsp;

Its the same for everyone on the companion app - It doesn't show the loan marker but anyone with some sense would realise there is no way EA are giving you a 3m+ card for free in the first season.

I doubt you will get any compensation and tbh I would be annoyed if people did for possibly the first time ever.

@midi458  Unfortunately it's a visual bug on the apps and shows up as intended on consoles. I don't think we'll get compensation for it, but we've definitely raised this issue to them before!
