Level 40 in the season pass unable to claim

Having same issue. Purchased premium pass at Lvl 30 and collected premium tier rewards up to 30 but 31-40 are showing as locked

Its disappointing 

I played a game of rivals and it allowed me to claim afterwards 👍🏼
