Little Defensive Help?

I have a pretty solid defense, but I am get schooled by threw passes a lot of times because I have CB’s or FB’s that keep playing guys onside. They just keep tracking back further and further and never step up. 

I’ve tried all of the roles to no luck. I do use the offside trap when I can, but when players are leaving a huge cushion, most of the time, the threw ball easily gets passed from poor positioning. 

I am using Baku 90 - RB; Nesta 90 - RCB; Cannavaro 91 - LCB; Di Marco 90 - LB

Is there a setting I’m missing? There is no way Nesta stays between the goal and the runner when they are not breaking.
