Yeah i replied on the email from EA customerexperience is that enough or do i need to create a new case? Becuase it take so long to get answers :(, the case also gets Updated while im answering back via email so i think they’ll see it, thanks for answer!

If you replied to the email you should be able to view the case status here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/
However, if in doubt, there's no harm in creating a new case to contact them again.

Brother they jsut keep sending new emails with new names and saying they’re gonna handle this case etc.. nothign happens they just keep sending pointless emails like they’re trying to **bleep** me of
