1 year agoIf you replied to the email you should be able to view the case status here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/
However, if in doubt, there's no harm in creating a new case to contact them again.

Brother they jsut keep sending new emails with new names and saying they’re gonna handle this case etc.. nothign happens they just keep sending pointless emails like they’re trying to **bleep** me of
