I case  sent a few days ago and they didn't answer to me

I need to unlinked the old email but I can't to log in to him 

I need that ea change my email in the system the end of my email from co.il to com

Got the early access but still cant use the web app. I can see players an transfermarket but cant buy or sell players

I am very dissatisfied with EA.
I have played more than 3 games every day since September 20th,
but I still can't access the transfer market.
The play time is reset every time.
I played 10 games yesterday, but when I look at it again today, it looks like 0 games.
I am very disappointed in EA for allowing such stupid bugs.

Hello everyone, 

It's almost two weeks in ea fc 25. I play at least 3 games every day. Today, I finally got the notification about transfer market rules so I thought that Ill finally be able to access it. But even after this screen I am not able to access it. Can someone please help me? Ea support always say "just keep playing" but even when I got the message which you should get when you are eligible for the market, you still don´t get it? Iam super frustrated and have no Idea why I still cannot access it, I never broke a single rule...

It's been over a week (almost 2 now) of active gameplay, and I still don't have Web App transfer market access. I understand advisors can't give me access, but can someone at least confirm that my games are being tracked? I don't get how something that is supposed to take 2 days takes 2 weeks.

I pre-ordered the FC 25 Ultimate edition and I've been playing FC 25 actively every day since its release on September 20th, yet I still don’t have access to the Transfer Market in the Companion App.
I’ve followed all guidelines. I know the market unlock is supposed to depend on active playtime, and I believe I’ve met the requirements. Can someone from the support team please look into this or provide clarity on what more is needed for access?
