Locked transfer market
I reached out to EA Customer Support regarding why my transfer market is still locked. Here are some key details for reference:
• I’ve checked my ban status, and I don’t have any bans on my account.
• I haven’t played FIFA since FIFA 17, but I recently purchased FIFA 24. After playing it and finding the experience disappointing, I decided to purchase FIFA 25.
• I’ve been actively playing Ultimate Team for over 16 hours since October 16th.
Despite providing this information, the response I received from Customer Support only addressed my EA FC 24 account, where I have less than 4 hours of gameplay. This doesn’t seem relevant to my inquiry.
I’m still waiting for a proper response from the team. Feedback like this is why many in the community feel frustrated with the support process. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and effectively.

Sorry for the confusion there. Ultimately however, the link provided there would be all the information available on how to unlock the transfer market.
This has been looked into and is currently working correctly, so while you've already played quite a bit, the only way to get this unlocked would be to continue playing and completing full matches.
This cannot be manually unlocked, nor are we able to provide any other details such as the number of games remaining, etc.
As long as your account is in good standing (which seems to be the case from what you mentioned), that will automatically unlock for you based on your other account history and activity. If you've been away for a while, there's less recent activity and information available for the system to determine access, which may be why it's taking a bit longer.
