Lost out on Maldini due to being kicked out of 2 games after scoring

Question

Ended on 23 wins but 2 of my losses were from disconnecting after scoring. It was almost as if I had been ‘soft banned’ for playing too many games, but the only games I had played were in the friendly mode for the objective. Resetting my game and playing a game of squad battles seemed to stop the issue but was too late.

Unhappy I missed out on the Maldini and the 2 additional packs. Contacted EA help and they have told me to post on here to be compensated. Appreciate any support or help.

Hello, the same thing happened to me. In 8 games he kicked me out and I stayed at 21 won

I have the same issue, an ea chat rep confirmed that they’ll be posting a solution on their twitter handle, just didn’t have a timeline when. From past experience, could be anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks before we see anything unfortunately.
