Have you paused evo? To progress further, it needs to be an active evo.

there are no evolutions started or in progress? it's bugged or glitched out and now my card is stuck at 78?

Wish I’d just left him at 77. Was much better than my 92. 

From your picture, it looks like you have used normal evo on a Maradona card.
Diego's Dream card and evolution are different from normal evos.
Now the only option for you to wait for normal evolution is where your 78-rated Maradona card can fit.

Um no that's not what it looks like happened. the rarity of the card disqualifies that from even being possible considering its an icon? i specifically went through Diego's dream and the card abruptly stopped the evolution process.
