Market processes didn’t work

Hi , so I did a bid on harry kane ucl ( 95 ) last night with ps5 , 

I won the bid for 36k !!! Yes yes 36k ! The time was over and it says that it’s processing… ( I have a picture ) , 

then like … 20 sec or 30 it shows that it’s gone and I got my coins back and I didn’t get the player !! 
I try to connect EA chat and I talk to them there for a bit and it said there that they can see that I won but it says to try here and maybe someone from the team will help.
