Missing 630000 coins

I had 500k just taken from my account. Also I was on season level 7.  

Im now on level 6. So it's definitely a glitch. 

I've raised the issue around a week ago. 

They just send you in circles constantly. 

I've been told to reset my password around 6x. 

And to make it worse I changed my password on the day the coins were taken. 

I highly doubt I will get my coins back. But if I don't that's the last time I'm ever spending my hard earned cash on a game that can't even pick up a minor bug/ glitch. 

Let's be fair it should be a quick fix. 

Especially when you send the proof of the coins been there one day and gone the next. Without any sort of player worth that much tradable and in my team. 

EA don't care about anything or anyone. All they want is your money. 

And you'll be told to wait wait wait. And that's it. 

So done with this game 

So sad. I still waiting for some updates. I did followed all the instruction given by EA .Do you know if people recovered their staff ? I get frustrated how weak they can be 0 secure. To be honest i didn't had any notification like someone try to hack my account. On steam if someone try to hack your account immediately you gonna receive notification. I hope they respect the request and help clients out with their issues . I hope i get my 630k coins.
