Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just spoke to the Live Chat Agent. They informed me that i am being listed as ineligible for The Club Membership Rewards Evolution. Even though I have provided proof of my eligibility. I have received the Founders Rewards but I am missing The Club Membership Rewards. It is not possible to be eligible as a Founder on EAFC 25 without having played EAFC 24 on the same account. I have played both on the same account so I should be eligible for The Club Membership Rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to receive the rewards due to a bug not registering me as the same account that I played both EAFC 24 and EAFC 25. This bug is preventing me from receiving the rewards for playing both titles. I have received the Founders Rewards but I am missing The Club Membership Rewards. It is not possible to be eligible as a Founder on EAFC 25 without having played EAFC 24 on the same account. I have played both on the same account so I should be eligible for The Club Membership Rewards.
What should be happening instead? I should have recieved all The Club Membership Rewards including the Evolution. Since I recieved the Founders Rewards on EAFC 24 and EAFC 25. If i am eligible for those. Then I am eligible for The Club Membership Rewards.

I have the same Issue.
The Live chat agent informed me that I should reply here so they could file a Bug report.
My account is eligible but I have not received any of the rewards.
