Community ManagerThank you all for your continuous support. The issue has been resolved for everyone, so everyone should now receive their club membership rewards.
Despite the fact that numerous people are still reporting that they have not received the clubmembership rewards there has been no reply or statement from you. Why do we not get any further feedback/ updates here?
Can you PLEASE at least give us a status. Is EA still investigating this? Why was the problem only solved for some and not all affected players? Is it a matter of which console is being used? Is it matter from which country a player comes from?
What do we have to do to get that bug fixed?
