To everybody still facing that problem. I contacted the support again (since my case was closed in the meantime).
This was the feedback I received:
"Unfortunately, you are not eligible for the Club membership rewards and we wouldn't be able to make any changes from our ends.
If you are a Founder who plays FC 25 before the cut-off date of November 1, 2024, you also qualify to join the Club Member reward track.

So it looks like they're incorrectly flagging our accounts as not eligible even though we are eligible and then doing nothing to rectify the situation. False advertising basically.

That is just unbelievable!! So they are practically calling us liars, claiming that we have not played EA FC 24, although we did. Or are they admitting that they have technical problem?

I assume that you used your account with EA FC 24, correct? So what Chandra says, is simply not true. I would contradict her and tell her, that the error is not that you have not received the reward, that is just a consequence, but that the game does no recognize you as a clubmember player. And I guess that this is probably the problem for all of us.
