More than an month of ignoring us. Is that policy or just sheer frustration? I can tell you that your way of communicating with us (plus the delaying tactics of the support agents at EA Help) sure feels most frustrating to me. Honestly I feel treated like *. Does EA want to get rid off paying customers?
