Missing "Intro to stat limits" Evo without using it. + Downgrade of Evolutions

I got two problems with my EVOs.

first of all i saved up the evolutions "Ultimate Edition Evolution" and "Intro to stat limits" (I have seen the intro to stat limits in my evo section before). Yesterday i wanted to start an evolution chain using the Intro to stat limits evolution and it was gone without using it on anouther player... even though it didnt have an expiring date on it either.

Is this a Bug that is going to be fixed for a lot of people? Is this just a problem with my account? Is there any way to get this Evolution back?

The other problem i got has to do with my Joe Gomez. I put him into Power Surge and Club member reward. But he got downgraded somehow. Since he isn´t as good as i intended him to be anymore i kind of regret putting him to the Club member reward Evo...
