I completed coaching masterclass objective in ultimate team and I am missing the two loan players as the reward for the completed objective (loan salah and loan van Dyk) I need them to finish the last objective in the group. I need these two loan players placed in my club to finish this.
Community ManagerHey @carsonjanzen13, if you quickly sold those items, they won't be able to be restored. You can restore loan items from the Quick Sell recovery in the EA SPORTS FC™ Web and Companion Apps.
They were not quick sold. I checked recently quick sold items in my companion app and there is no history of them being quick sold.

These items were not quick sold. They were not in my quick sell recovery. They were not removed from my club, I never received them. There must’ve been a glitch. I need these players to complete the group objective. I need the XP
I have had a similar issue with an inform Diani card disappearing from my club and not in discard pile nor any coins be added to my account recently
Shoutout to EA for giving “run-around” and refusing to help resolve my problem. After dealing with multiple customer service agents, I was sent to this forum where I believe they hoped I would let go of my issue and forget about it. Unfortunately for them, I’m not the type of person to forget. EA continue to be a poorly run organization who yank their loyal customers around without any intent of helping solve issues. I understand this objective issue I’m dealing with is minor, but it’s the principle of it that keeps me coming back. I’m asking (once again) for some real help here. EA is not only on the verge of losing a loyal customer, but also gaining someone who will urge everyone I know to not purchase this game or any in-game purchases it has to offer.
