Missing Rewards

I haven’t recieved the rewards for the first scouting report. Played all the matches, won all the matches i needed but no rewards, scored the goals but nothing there. Got the second scouting report but now my player only have 3 skills and 4 weak foot and one playstyle plus. Anyone else that didn’t get the first one?
