Missing rewards

I watched LALIGA finals to complete the pro season 9 objectives, only not to receive rewards. Contacted EA customer service cause we know how helpful they are and was told my account was not linked (even though i had completed the objectives for watching the edivisie ones the day before and received those rewards). They asked for proof of it being linked which i sent as an attachment on their chat. I was told they couldn’t do anything but to post in Forum as if that would get me the rewards. Anyone else had this issue.
