Missing season pass points

Hello, I'm playing Ultimate Team on EA FC 2025 on PS4 and completed all my saeson objectives. 
However, I only received 27000 SP points by which I'm unable to claim the last three rewards, which are of course the most juicy. 
Does anyone have a similar issue? What can I do about it?
