My account has been banned from the football ultimate team transfer market

If ou've already reached out to our terms of service team, then I can only recommend that you wait until they get back to you. You can always check the status of your case here, just be careful not to continue it as that can pull it out of the queue and you'll need to wait all over again.

Until now, there has been no response from EA Help. Strangely, when I check the ban status, nothing appears. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.

If you don't play via the EA app, could you try logging in here to see if your console/Steam is linked to this EA account?

Maybe a silly question, but if nothing is showing up in your ban history, have you tried checking in game already? Do you get a ban error there?

I can enter the game as usual and play matches, but when I’m in the transfer market, I can’t do anything. Here is the screenshot

This morning I suddenly got an email from EA saying that my account has been banned from the football ultimate team transfer market because I was involved in coin distribution.

I don't understand. I have never traded coins with anyone else. I buy and sell players as usual/normally in the transfer market. I have never bought players in large quantities and then resold them, that too has never happened.

I have sent an email to EA Help but there has been no response.

This is really disappointing. Please h
