My account was permanently banned for coin distribution.

Hello there,

Unfortunately my account has been banned for coin distribution, yet I am sure it was a mistakenly ban but I have tried twice to dispute, yet I get no replies but a decline status on the next day I ask for a dispute, I am pretty sure I am not selling or buying coins, two matters could be taken into consideration as my account is pretty normal in terms of a player activities apart that I sometimes use a VPN to stabilize my connection on a better server, or on January my account got hacked and the hacker transferred coins, yet the hacker was someone I shared the password with so I already took the blame and did not report only changed my password and the security codes by time I realized I got hacked, I am trying to reach out to the support but I don't even get a reply I only get an updated status on the case as Declined, I hope I can reach someone further on this from here as I really invested a lot of time on the game I was really active and this is really frustrating that I can't even get someone to talk to or understand why this is happening.
