How can I proceed if my PS account is also connected to my PC account? And on the PS account, I don't have the transfer market on the active companion? Please help.

I've had the account for some time, I've been playing, but it still won't unlock, and it's unlocked on the PC account.. and I don't know what to do for the PlayStation account..
