My friend canceled my 'the first shapesifter' evolution is there any way to just redo the evolution not even a fefund just get to do the evo again?

I'm very sorry but unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about this. According to the official EA website, once you cancel the training camp evolution, there is no getting it back.
