My evolution was submitted when I tried to preview it

Dear sir/madam,

I had a glitch when I was trying to preview my player caicedo for the central pillar evolution it just submitted him quickly rather then the normal hold down. Is there any chance you would be able to give me this evolution back as I really wanted to use it on another player
