My evolutions aren't working

Can someone help me please my evolutions aren't working and haven't been for a week . Everytime i press A to click onto them it keeps putting my back onto the Xbox home screen. Can you fix them plea...

@GaZZaOlsoN I fixed the issue my friend! You need the Fc App! Sort your evos through the app accept and claim any u have and boom!!!
