My evolutions aren't working

  1. Can someone help me please my evolutions aren't working and haven't been for a week . Everytime i press A to click onto them it keeps putting my back onto the Xbox home screen. Can you fix them please otherwise i will like compensation as ive not been able to finish my evolutions off

    @GaZZaOlsoN This is bs!! I’ve had two evolutions run out on me n now the rest will it makes no sense!?

    No mate. Ive installed the game and they still don't work its stressing me out. Ive not even had a message from EA about it either
