My top 3 cards disappeared

I just had the worst experience with EA support. I put in a help ticket that 3 of my players were missing (out of no where). I hade TOTY 97 Rodri, TOTS 96 Haaland , and 95 Dumorney. I didn't even log out of the game and BAM, gone. The first support girl, after 40 minutes says she can see Haalland in my club, and there was nothing they can do about the other 2. I said, hey, I can show you right now he is not. Then she closed the ticket. I was so upset I opened anther one and came out quick and told him, "please escalate my ticket because something is wrong." after 40 minutes he also closed the ticket in my face after repeated requests to have my ticket escalated. I know they can see that I had the cards and now I don't. I can't believe how rude and unhelpful the support is. This whole  ordeal has got me so disgusted. Last thing the automated response said was to try the forums so here I am. What a joke.
