No access to step 1 of immortals

Look for 'Become Immortal 1' evo under separate 'Become Immortal' tab inside Evolutions.

Hi. I know there is an immortals section as I have been there. All I have in there is the 500k one. 
I also did the sbc thinking this would let me in… so lots of fodder gone for something I still can’t access step 1. 

I don’t understand why I can’t access it 

Become immortal 1 was a timed evo, if this wasn't redeemed then there is no way to begin the evolution, sorry for the bad news

Rskudder22​ Thats not correct, Become Immortal 1 evo available to unlock for another week. See below screenshot.

Stickmanben66666​ Become Immortal 1 evo given to everyone. There is no need to complete any objective or sbc for this evo. If its not available then you already redeemed it or there is some problem (either from your end or EA side). Try approaching EA help See if they can help you on this.

theres no live chat or speak to somebody option on any of eas ea fc pages anymore …

Before contacting them, just do basic checks like -
1. Are you playing correct account?
2. Do you have valid full game purchase?
3. Anyone who has access to your account not used this evolution.
etc.

Right so, they were no help, ended up telling me it’s a bug and keep an eye on their twitter page for updatessanket_360​ 

in that time I have found that I may have put Kante into it .. he is a 88. I’ve realised my new problem is I can’t do the next step which is unlock-able from the objectives, where he becomes a CAM and it makes him a 90. 
my immortal objectives page just has the fut champ objectives and nothing else … 

Become Immortal Rival Conquerer (i.e. 90 to 91 evo), squad battle and rush objectives expired on Friday 18th April 6pm UK time.
The only Become Immortal Champs Conquerer (i.e. 91 to 92 evo) objective extended from 18th to 25th. It will expire on Friday 25th April 6pm UK time.
