No Rewards for pre order

This is the 2nd day I have asked about this. So many people are not getting the rewards they PAYED for. For example I have FC26 ultimate edition on steam and have FC25 on ea play pc. Both accounts are linked. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t got the pack or EVO. Like how come EA thinks it’s okay to not give out what you payed for. Then they say oh it will be available eventually. Like just give it out immediately?
