No welcome packs

I didnt received any of EA FC 25 welcome packs but i've been playing EA FC 24. Does it depend on how long the account has been there? Also I don't remember having any bans on this account 

Additionally, I noticed that the game states that I created an account in September this year. while in the previous game I was given the beginning of August.
