Online gameplay is so bad

I play on pc and everything should be smooth, but for me the online gameplay (rivals, champs) is so slow and delayed. Squad battles is alot better. I have watched every video on how to make it better, nothing works. ive had my tech friends take a look and they say its the weirdest thing ever. I hear that pc gameplay is supposed to be smooth and good, but i havent had one single online game that has felt good or anything like ea fc 24. Is it just me, or does any other pc players have this problem?
