Pack Bug Xbox

Dear EA Support,

 

I am experiencing an issue in FIFA Ultimate Team on Xbox. Whenever I try to open the card.desc.FreeGoldPack, I get logged out of my account (Gamertag: Rez6616). I have already tried restarting the game and my console, but the problem persists.
