Packed wrong player version

I checked to see who was included in the ultimate TOTS and although Lewandowsk did have a TOTS item, it was not included in the ultimate TOTS squad. Koulibaly was not featured in TOTS.
As for the app, it can be downloaded for free on your mobile device, the purpose being so that you always have access to it. However, it is not an alternative way to seek assistance from EA help, just a way to always have access to your ultimate team, in almost every way except playing matches.
The last part I cannot answer.
